Forrest Frank’s new album, “Child of God II,” builds on his solo debut with a mix of worship, R&B, soul and pop. It’s rooted in reflection — on faith, fatherhood and freedom in Christ.

“I’ve just been writing from a real place — what I’ve been going through and how God’s been moving in my life,” Frank shared. “This project is all about freedom. Freedom in knowing who I am in Christ.”

The 14 tracks include features from Elevation Rhythm, nobigdyl. and Chandler Moore. Songs like “I Got Jesus” and “No Worries” offer simple, grounded reminders of God’s presence. “Praise You Anywhere” adds energy without losing the album’s peaceful tone.

Unlike his first “Child of God,” written in a week, Frank slowed down this time. “I wanted this to be something people could sit with,” he said.

“Child of God II” is unforced and intentional. Frank stays true to his sound — warm, honest and built on what matters most.
