Jack Mooring, former member of the band Leeland, has released his new book, “Portrait of God.” In this insightful work, Mooring aims to reconnect readers with the core truths about God that can often be overshadowed by life’s challenges.
He states, “I grew up in a rich tradition of truth, but life’s lies have often buried those true ideas about God. So I wrote this book to remind myself and the rest of us forgetful people that this God we love is really who he says he is.”
In “Portrait of God,” each chapter highlights a different attribute of God, paired with the story of a historical figure who experienced that aspect of God’s nature firsthand.
