CeCe Winans
CeCe Winans has spent decades singing about faith. With her new devotional, “Faith For Generations: 50 Devotions to Ignite a Passion for Christ Through Love and Worship,” she turns her attention to how that faith gets lived out — and passed along. Released July 21 through K-LOVE Books, the 240-page book pairs Scripture with personal reflections and practical encouragement.
Across 50 short devotionals, Winans writes about prayer, worship, mentorship and the everyday choices that shape a spiritual legacy. Drawing from her own upbringing, motherhood and ministry, she encourages readers to learn from believers ahead of them while investing in those coming behind. Each chapter also includes reflection questions, journaling space and a takeaway.
“My prayer for ‘Faith For Generations’ is that it encourages people to spend daily time with God and grow stronger in their faith together,” Winans says.
That idea fits naturally with a theme Winans has emphasized beyond the book, including through her Generations ministry and conversations about helping younger Christians develop an authentic, grounded faith.
“Faith For Generations” isn’t simply about preserving what previous generations believed. Winans’ focus is more active: practice it, share it and make room for someone else to carry it forward.
